The CEO isn't there to work, they're there to… Well the point is they have a very big boy job. And big boy jobs require talented assistants. Their work has to go beyond work. In fact, executive assistants do a lot less assisting and a lot more mothering. For the sake of avoiding any confusion, host of the podcast refers to herself as the Office Mommy. The Office Mommy is there to guide you on your journey through the go go world of being the assistant to a person who stumbles into the office each morning without a clear plan or thought in their mind.
