Office Mommy Dearest

If CEOs have podcasts to give them advice, why don’t their assistants? Assistants do all the work anyway.

Your Office Mommy takes you along as she welcomes her latest bundle of joy into the Chief Executive Officer position. As her title suggests, her job is to take care of her CEO’s every need. If that means spying, lying, and crying; she’s there to do it.

Some might think her methods are too invasive or she’s too involved. But when it comes to taking care of the boss: mother knows best. If the CEO would just let her in, office mommy wouldn’t have to pry the door open.

Congrats. It's a… CEO Office Mommy Dearest

What does a Chief Executive Officer do? The business is really none of their business so don't ask them, ask their executive assistant. The CEO isn't there to work, they're there to… Well the point is they have a very big boy job. And big boy jobs require talented assistants. Their work has to go beyond work. In fact, executive assistants do a lot less assisting and a lot more mothering. For the sake of avoiding any confusion, host of the podcast refers to herself as the Office Mommy. The Office Mommy is there to guide you on your journey through the go go world of being the assistant to a person who stumbles into the office each morning without a clear plan or thought in their mind. It's hard to follow someone who isn't really leading. But the Office Mommy is here to help you navigate the job! Some people think her methods are unusual, invasive, possibly illegal. But they get the job done! What the CEO does, she may never know. But she does know their favorite bagel, their preferred tee time, and their mother's birthday. Because the Office Mommy's job is far more complex than an episode description can explain.Created by Jaide The Writer.
