Dead Air Texas
Dramatized Horror Series
The night the coast went quiet, the power died, the phones died, and the sky went dark over Brazoria County, Texas. The radio didn’t.
Every night, Hollis “Holl” Brandt fires up a generator he can’t afford to run and signs on at KDXT 1380 — reading water levels, road closures, and the names of the missing to whoever is still listening. He tells stories about the coast that was, and the things that walk the port after dark.
Some nights, when he signs off, something signs back.
Dead Air Texas is a Texas Gothic audio drama about one man, one microphone, and a signal that learned his name.
