The only thing unusual about this day is the arrival of Officer Joe Simmons, a recent transplant from the Tucson, AZ P.D. He’s come to this idyllic, most remote, Northwest corner of the United States to, “get away from the heat, the dust storms, the 9000 degree heat – – and the gangs,” of Arizona. He should have stayed in Tucson.Highlights:On a routine check of an out-of-bounds campfire, Officer Rufus Hardy and his new partner, Joe Simmons, walk into a situation they are completely unprepared for.
