Roll The Old Bones is a light-hearted Dungeons and Dragons adventure podcast where Duncan (Gen Z, experienced Dungeon Master) teaches Andy (Gen X total newbie) how to play Dungeons & Dragons.

Each [episode] we play a simple one-shot game exploring a scenario in the D&D world. Andy takes on the role of the lead adventurer, exploring different classes of adventurer, while Duncan controls the gameplay and tries to make things challenging.

The play is broken up with comedy skits and sketches including Sidney, the Wandering Monster, Dad Jokes, Items from the Mailbag, and a regular peek into the world of The Dark Lord who has his own roleplaying game, “Bureaucrats & Bosses”.

Naturally, this rips open a literal rift in reality, letting us scry on the Dark Lord himself as he desperately tries to summon an ancient Terror of the Underworld.As an armed goblin horde ambushes our fragile adventurer, we take some breathers to dive into our fictional commercial breaks and mailbags.
