The Serpent Under My Skin

Dramatized Fantasy Series

The Serpent Under My Skin

Paladin, a child taken from our world and raised to be a murderer of drifters, or people that travel from other worlds, faces off against Monk, a drifter they simply cannot beat. From there begins their journey into the question of why they were brought into this world, and what it means to be a good person, and what it means to be a monster. Paladin and Monk strike out on a quest of vengeance and self-discovery, where Paladin must confront their inner demons and come to terms with the reality of their existence: that they were nothing more than a pawn, easily disposed of. It’s time for the pawn to become the rook.
