A heartwarming story in three parts about slightly illegal top surgery, a time travelling bus, and a mad scientist with a pet snake.Marky McGuy is a young trans man, desperate to get top surgery. After his appointment with a professional surgeon falls through, he turns to a more unconventional method: the reclusive Dr. Spaghetti, the town’s resident mad scientist who is rumoured to give free gender-affirming surgery to trans individuals who can’t afford it.
